How I work · 4 min read
I don't type most of my code anymore.
I decide what gets built and how it should feel. Claude Code writes it, other agents work in parallel, and every change is checked in a real browser before it ships. These are the pieces.
Me
decide, review, say no
Claude Code
the manager: plans, writes, hands out work
Workers
subagents and Codex, each on its own slice of files
Guardrails
hooks stop risky commands before they run
Browser check
every change opened, clicked, measured
Shipped
my own server, deployed when I say yes
Rules I keep
Propose before building.
Anything bigger than a small fix starts as a plan I read and approve. The agent waits.
Fix the cause, not the symptom.
A workaround has to be called a workaround, out loud, before it goes in.
Done means checked.
Tests, a real browser, a measurement. “It looks fine” closes nothing.
