Who runs this site

What is stored

Brands you generate: your brief, the logo you send if any, and the result, so the share link keeps working. Neither your IP address nor any code derived from it is stored with them. Brands that do not enter the public gallery are deleted automatically after 12 months.

Contact requests: your name, email and message, used only to reply, deleted automatically after 12 months.

Daily counters: pseudonymous codes computed from your IP address and the date with a secret key, so the IP itself is never stored and a code cannot be linked from one day to the next. They limit tries per day and are deleted after two days.

Who else sees it

Your brief is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to draft the brand. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person. Brand previews load their two fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you open one. Contact requests reach my private Telegram through my own server. No ads, no tracking cookies, no analytics.

Write to contact@raphaelattal.fr to see, correct or delete what concerns you. I answer within a month.

About the generated brands

They are concepts drafted by an AI and checked by code. They are not affiliated with any existing company. Check that a name and logo are free before using them as a trademark.
